Description

The EMD1211-24 has small signal gain of 12.8 dB with +29.0 dBm P1dB at 4 GHz. This device is ideal for applications that requires saturated output power > +31.8 dBm up to 4 GHz, while requiring 300mA from a +12 volt supply.
