The Eclipse EZR0120NC zero bias Schottky detector operates from 0.01 to 2.0 GHz. The EZR0120NC has negative polarity, high voltage sensitivity, wide dynamic range and is available with N male and BNC female connectors.

  • No bias required
  • Extremely low video output response
  • Extremely fast pulse response (5 nSec risetime typ.)
  • Excellent frequency response
  • Negative polarity is standard
  • High reliability hermetically sealed coax
